This event also features a variety of wonderful selections from our very talented resident producers: Blacksmith Cellars, Carica Wines, Ehrenberg Cellars, John Robert Eppler Wines, Joseph Gary Cellars, Mercy and R&B Cellars!

Rock Wall will be releasing the following 7 new wines!

2009 Cabernet Franc Holbrook Mitchell: $32

The grapes for this elegant Cabernet Franc come to us from the prestigious Holbrook Mitchell vineyard in Napa Valley. The finished wine is ripe with chocolate, fresh sliced jalapeno, bell pepper, currants, black tea and lavender.

2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley: $38

This beautiful Cabernet is ripe with jammy plum, currant and boysenberry as well as black tea, jasmine, lavender and pipe tobacco.

2009 Jesse’s Zinfandel Vineyard: $28

This delicious Contra Costa zinfandel is brimming with fresh ground cocoa, Marion blackberry, fragrant black tea, menthol, ripe cherry pie and raspberry

2010 Obsidian: $22

This amazing blend of Zinfandel (50%) and Petite Sirah (50%) is rich with sarsaparilla, red licorice, graphite mineralogy, dark chocolate, cherry vanilla, venison, and cola and has a soft, velvety blueberry finish.

2009 Pearl Hart Reserve Zinfandel: $50

The majority of the grapes for this wine are from Stagecoach Vineyard so we thought it appropriate to pay homage to the only known female stagecoach robber Pearl Hart. Although she wasn’t sweet and nice this Zinfandel smells like sugar and spice. The finished wine is brimming with blueberry, blackberry, apricot and honey with a touch of toast and a hint of cherry blossom.

2009 Rucker’s Petite Sirah: $22

This wine is a rich India ink color with flavors and aromas of roast coffee, maple syrup, with flavors of blueberry, blackberry, chocolate hickory bacon and sugarplum.

2009 Stagecoach Reserve Zinfandel: $45

The A+ rated barrels of the 2009 Stagecoach Zinfandel were aged an extra 6 months in primarily French oak. We like to think of this reserve as the lovely and slightly more mature older sister to the award winning 2009 Stagecoach Zinfandel. Flavors and aromas of dulce de leche and caramel crème lead the way, followed by rich raspberry, sage, dark chocolate, graphite minerality and violets.

In addition to the wine tasting, admission includes tasty bites, sweet treats, tours, live music and plenty of holiday cheer!

The party goes from 1:00 to 5:00 pm and tickets are $30 per person in the Rock Wall tasting room (open Wednesday-Sunday 12:00-6:00pm), $35 per person presale online (after November 14th) and $45 per person at the door the day of the event. This event is only open to those over 21 years of age. Age will be verified at admissions.
